Is the water on ? if it is you will need to use a multimeter to test to see if you have 120 volts at the transformer, 24 volts from the transformer to the solenoid, make sure you have the low voltage wiring completing a circuit from the transformer, to the solenoid, from the solenoid to the humidistat, humidistat to the transformer again, make sure your transformer is hooked in to only receive power when you are calling for heat, thats about it, hope that helped ya, and thanks for your question, let us know if that helped, thanks again, mr.grzz
