THE FLAP THAT LFTS UP TO LET THE ICE OUT IS MAINLY CONTROLLED BY YOU PUSHING ON THE LEVER.YOU NEED TO CHECK IF THE LEVER HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED.GOOD LUCK.MOHAMED
