The oven thermostat isn't working anymore most likely and needs to be replaced. You should be able to get a new one from the manufacturer. If that wouldn't fix it, then the control board is bad but usually the thermostat is it and is the cheapest thing to replace. You should be able to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Let me know how this turns out.

The thermocouple is the thermostat that I was referring to (They are the same thing), they are called differently by different companies. Replacing it should fix the problem.
As I said before, they are the same parts, I just called it by a different name. Just replace it, it is the problem with the symptoms you have most likely. Most places will let you return the part if it would happen to not fix the problem
