My imperial IFS-40 is burning the door
The burners lag and then the fire starts to wave forward like it does not have enough pressure to push the flame into the tubes the flame is burning the door of the fryer i have another imperial fryer right beside it and it runs just fine they are in a french fry truck and run on propane.the product is an imperial IFS-40

Is this fryer propane?It sounds like the baffles in the tank are clogged.If you remove a burner shine a light in the baffle,if you see alot of soot use a shop vac and clean it out.Let me know.
Make sure the unit is leaning toward the fron and the back is higher.
