My infocus projector model# in72 said to change the bulb and it had dots and lines in the image, so i bought a new bulb and the lines seem to be gone,but there is still white dots all over the screen.. any idea?

checked the manual and im not sure where to find what i am looking for, any ideas? from what i can tell the picture looks great on the infocus start up screen but then when the image is displayed i see green and red dots all over. i have had this projector for over a year and never had this problem, i think i might have one of the settings wrong, but i reset the projector to factory specs and it is still there.
