My ingersoll ssr2000 rotary screw compressor trips &restart on it
My ingersoll ssr2000 60hp rotary screw compressor trips after running for 40 minutes. It does not give a light on the fault panel. It stays for about 3 minutes then restarts itself. When this happens it pushes out the oil through the air filter just after tripping.

Check defective HATS or Airend is defective. HATS means High Airend Temperature Switch.

I think your machine is being unload,There is timer in approx. all IR screw comp such that after certain time of contineous unload condition it gets off and after reaching the cut in pressure it starts it is usual thing dont worry!
Please check your coolant solenoid valve, It is definetly pasing which is the reason of oil from oil filter.

Does your compressor have a oil stop valve on the LP element side of the airend if so that could be your problem
