My inside ac heating unit only blows cold air. Batteries inthermostat are new, and the unit is getting electricity. My husband checked with a volt meter, and all that seems to be reading ok

Carol, By the look of the label, moisture may have gotten onto the electronics and took out a relay,board, etc. Best to have a Technician test and find fault.
