My inside door latch does not open my door. It can be opened from the outside only. I want to take the door panel off. I can't seem to find the way to do this. It's a 2002 Chryler 300M. I have taken out all the screws I can see. It won't pop off

There are plastic clips that hold the door panel on. Parts stores sell tools to help remove these clips from the door. The door handle rod probably has pop off from its connector. Always check for hidden screws.
