My inspirion mini went into hibernate mode, and now won't restart. tried power button, light flashes 3 times but won't come on. tried pulling battery, no luck. Help?

Try this: Disconnect AC power, pull the battery, then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Release the button, replace the battery & AC, and try booting.
