My integrity air 3000 has a elastic like cord attached to the underside to the chain. The elastic cord is now unraveling. Where would I get it repaired? I live in Columbia, Missouri. Thanks, Patti O

Call Fitness Qwest at 800 321-9236 for the part. They will need the serial number of the machine (on the back stand underneath. All of the parts are easy to replace. It is an easy machine to work on.
