First try having someone pull the release while you push down or hit on the the hood with bottom of your fist. (old trick used many times).
This takes about 20-30 minutes. 1. Lay beneath the vehicle on the driver's side. 2. Remove the splash guard on the driver's side. 3. Look directly up at the midline and you will the the hood release mechanism. 4. Either reach up with your arm (if you are thin) or use a length of wood or even a golf club. 5. Move the catch release to the left.
When you get it open spray every thing with PB Blaster/WD 40 type stuff.
