My intertherm heat pump has freon but will not heat is it posible that the reversing valve is stuck in the middle and will not let it heat if so where can i get a new one

Verify power to the reversing valve relay.
Some reversing valves energize in HEAT some in COOL.
Tap the reversing valve with a hammer handle while it is on. If it is stuck, it may come unstuck.
