My Intex Saltwater system states "Low Salt" after putting in almost 80 lbs salt (instead of the 40 lbs required). Also cleaned the copper plates and metal plate and reinstalled. Any clues on what might be wrong, has been working great since bought in May. Thanks!

Sounds like you cleaned the cell try cleaning the sensor the same way with 4 parts water 1 part muriatic acid
