The fan works. I even pushed the reset button and it's the same situation: fan operates, no cool air, timer and operation flash at the same time
The fact that the timerlight is flashing is on, indicates an interruption Pressing the reset will not get it started. Unplug it for a few hours to get it to reset by default. The troubleshooting guide is on P17 of the manual.
