My inverter is Roadpro 1500 but cannot power 700W microwave

It only works 5 or 6 six seconds and black out, would u please tell me how to solve it.

How good is the connection to the battery? there are a lot of amps that have to flow fast and clamps just don't do it, lugged cables do!
