Report "My Iomega 500GB external hard drive has just started a beeping noise and can not be found by my pc. It will beep for a few minutes then turn itself off, I have looked at some of the other problems people have had and this seems to be quite common. I have had prior problems and it was all of a sudden while it was in use. What would be my options to fix or salvage my data from the hard?"
