My Jacuzzi kitchen sink was installed in 2004, I noticed pitting & stains within one year & reported it to the installer. He took photos & never got back to me. The sink is easily stained, appears pitted & the bottom of the sink has a dull finish. How can this be remedied?

New sink,its 2011 and its done its service to its country.Nice Kohler cast iron drop in is the way to go.Most peoples issues with sinks are abrasive cleaners ,even softscrub,it takes the finish off of all types of plumbing fixtures,cast iron- fiberglass- stainless etc.I tell people not to use anything you wouldn't use on your car finish Elkay makes some nice stainless sinks.Top of the line,let jacuzzi stick to whirlpools
