Hi, W/D here. Check the water level in the tank. The force to flush waste comes from there. Normally the fill line is cast into the back of the tank, but sometimes it is on the overflow tube. Raise the level if it is low. Also, make sure that the tubing from the fill valve is connected to the over flow tube (the tall tube). Best regards, --W/D--
I've recently had a similar problem. Jacuzzi kept clogging and I had a plumber router the lines. Worked a week or so then I had to call him out again and he attacked it from the clean out. Again roots, etc. were the problem. We figured we got everything straightened and the toilet worked again. A few weeks later similar trouble. I got all the "business" out of there with multiple flushes. It would rise up and then slowly gurgle down. Now and the bowl is clean but without any water in the bowl. I dumped a bucket of water down there and it went through fine. The tank is at max fill but the bowl doesn't hold it's normal level. Before I go an replace this new toilet, what should I try next to fix it? Thanks, MI've recently had a similar problem. Jacuzzi kept clogging and I had a plumber router the lines.
