My Jazzy 6 with GC3 controller blinks 9 times I replaced the controller module already
After about 15 minutes in the house I stop then when turn power on it blinks and wont go.

9 flashes means the park brake has a faulty connection. Go here...scroll down to the GC3 controller and download that file It has a table that explains what the number of flashes mean.
