My JBL E50BT Headphones bluetooth wont turn on. when i press the bluetooth button nothing happens and no light shows (normally light shows and you hear a beep) please help
I have tried pressing it for a long and short time, i have also tried double and triple clicking and nothing works.

I would start by charging the headphones overnight. Try to use them in the morning. If this does not resolve the problem, either the charger or the headphones are bad. You can contact JBL and see if your set is still under warranty. You should still be able to use them with a wire if everything else fails. It might not look as cool, but at least you can still listen to them. My JBL Account Login
