My Jensen "Portable Car Navigator", model # NVX 225 will not recharge even following 24 hrs of charging. The unit has not been used in two months and when I put in in service I noticed it was turned on but would not come back on when charged. Please assist me

The best way is to bring the device to an authorised repairman.
Remove your memory card or replace it and then charge again using an alternate charger (wall charger) if you have one.

Try to change the battery pack. it is possible that the unit battery life has ended.
it is better to bring the device into authorized service center if you have no idea how to disassemble it.
