Always used bottled water, change filter each time is asks and clean it each time it asks. My Jura ENA 9 one touch keeps asking me for more grains but the thing is full....tried with grinded coffee and same thing, keeps asking for more coffee...doesn't go further. Last thing we did was to clean it with the cleaning process (proper cleaning pills and no issue during cleaning)...any idea...? Thanks
