Report "My Kaspersky that I just bought today isn't working. I'm wondering if it's because my computer is overloaded from viruses, and if I should make a back up disk off of a clean computer to use? I'm confused, help? I'm no good with computers. It has been "loading the Kaspersky application" for about an hour now.
