My kids bought me creator 9 several years ago, for my birthday. At the time there was a lot of things going on in my life. It got put in a cupboard and forgotten. I recently found my birthday gift I tried to install it and it keeps telling me I have the wrong CD KEY#. What can I do to fix my problem

Call Roxio and explain the problem. They are the only ones who could issue a new cd key. Hope this helps.
