It's not your speakers that are the problem, it's the you need 'drivers' for your sound card or the on-board sound chip on your System Board in the computer.
I'll assume that this is a name brand system, and not a custom built no-name computer... You will need to get your serial or service number off of your computer case, and go to the website of whomever manufactured the system (i.e. Dell, HP, Acer, etc.).
Once there, go to the "support" area of the site and look for a sub-section called 'Downloads', 'Drivers", or something similar. Generally there will generally be an area for you to enter in your serial or service number on the website, after which, you will be presented with a list of drivers for your specific system, one of which should be a driver for your "sound card". On a side note, make sure that you get the correct ones for your version of Windows, (i.e XP, Vista, Windows 7, etc.)
Download this and run the installer. It should install the drivers for you, and you MIGHT have to reboot your system to finish the install.

Good day sir, you need to load the device driver for your motherboard sound card, check your packaging for the CD that comes with your PC.
