I tried to charge the Kobo Arc over night but it didn't seem that it was charged. When I tried to turn it on the Kobo Icon appeared but nothing else. It stayed that way for a couple of hours and was slightly warm to touch. Do I need to reset it and how do you do that? Also, I did go to future shop and tried one of their charges that does work and still nothing. The battery charging icon did not appear either. What should I do?
