This is really stressing me out. I had the tablet on last weekend and it died. I usually don't have time to mess with it during the week so it died and I didn't plug it in all week. Yesterday I had a little time on my hands and plugged it into the charger. I pressed and held the power button and started to turn on like normal but the only thing it did was pop up with the Kocaso screen and continue charging. The screen went black and I pressed the power button again it continued this cycle every time I tried to turn it on. I left it plugged in for a while and it didn't make a difference. I pressed the tiny reset button on the back of the tablet and it went through the cycle once more. It will not turn on at all now. Help please!!

Sounds like your battery is shot. If it goes to far past dead, it will not power up even plugged in. Go to a battery store/Best Buy etc. and see if they have one you can use to try. Certain battery types can not go under 25% of a charge or they will not charge again correctly and vice versa. Just a short in the dark but hope that fixes your problem
If you can return it or warranty, that is your best move
