My Korg CX-3 MIDI configuration tests for upgrading to Version 2 have failed numerous times. However, I am confident that it is not my MIDI interface. All Global settings and parameters seem to be correctly set. Do you have any suggestions other than sending the unit to a Korg dealer? Thanks

If this is a flash upgrade to the unit be VERY careful as a failed upload can leave unit dead. They usually have pretty tight checks to prevent an error from killing the unit during the upload. For certain music products I have found that I had to upload an in between version first that was available before uploading the latest current version.
