My Kreepy krauly' seal does not rest flat on the bottom on the pool, so it skips dirt is should remove. In additon, it seems to turn in only directdion--to the right, so it cleans the same areas ovger and over again. Could it be the swivel valve? Can that be replaced or lubricated? Thanks much!

If using a vacuum hose that is curled up for storage it could cause that, use only the straight hose that came with the krauly make sure weights are on the hose in the right place
