My landlord has a briggs 5.5 self mower.10G902-0217-B1-0210154 Hasn't worked in years. I replace bad parts, but I noticed there are no point on the flywheel shaft but there are two threaded holes behind muffler. Is this place behind the muffler where the missing points go, I have no spart?
