Report "My LavAzza Esspresso Point machine has not been used for several years. I cleaned myself, added water, and purchased coffee but the machine makes a loud noise, it heats up a bit and does not froth nor make coffee. Also, the light bulb red light blinks continously. I would like to take the machine somewhere for service but am not sure where to go"
