Everything I can find on your machine, does not cover your problem. I have a Krupps. do mine the old fashion way. All I can think of( I downloaded every manual on-line I could find, and went to their site(found nothing), is in my thoughts was to insert the capsule, pull handle for the holes, release it, and turn the capsule around, to get the other holes you need. This problem arise due to some reasons.They are.

1)Water is too cold.
2)Water leak on the steam pipe.
3)Steam valve is loosened or broken.

Due to these reasons it will not make holes.

The plastic hole punching mechanism which uses a plastic operating rod well this rod is either weak or broke ,you will have to strip it to find the cause of the problem ,or break teh fiol manually
