I bought a brand new BT160 online and when I got it, I opened it and plugged it into the charger and the LED flashed blue, but did not stay solid. I left it on the charger for like 3 hours, just in case. I then tried to turn it on and set it to pairing mode, but still no solid LED.

Any thoughts?
