Your problem doesn't make sense, are you saying you moved your iDJ2 to a different room & the left pitch controller stopped working? If so i doubt that has caused a problem unless you droped it or something feel inside the gap where the pitch slider moves. So many iDJ2 problems can be solved by simply formatting it & re-installing the firmware.
