My Lenovo-3000-N500 has gone totaly dead and cannot be started and booted when power-button pressed. Both mains charger and battery are ok

Clearly it's a hardware issue if your laptop is still in warranty call lenovo thinkline @ 18004267378 because it might be a possible DC-IN port or motherboard problem..Request for service repair.
