My lg32lc46 tv will not come on from red light.I've had a peep inside, all 4 of the 10v capacitors have swollen tops.The rest of them look ok

My lg32lc46 tv will not come on from red light.I've had a peep inside, all 4 of the 10v capacitors have swollen tops.The rest of them look ok

That peep was probably the sound of a swollen cap out-gassing (dead). This means a trip to the service shop. Sorry
