My life fitness 95 ti treadmill when I plug in and turn on it powers on for like 1-2 seconds then the console dies never comes back on. I know I have it on a dedicated 15amp outlet and I was told it should work like this but I dont know what it is, so the belt never moves it just dies after a couple seconds, all the lights come on the console then it dies

Sounds like your electronics are blown. They can be repaired, but keep in mind a big reason why this happens is because the belt and deck are worn.
