The cleaning suggestion worked well. I cleaned mine with a blower nozzle on my air compressor. After blowing out all the dust and dirt from the front to the wind turbine out the sides. I saw a cloud of dust blow out of mine until it stopped blowing out dust. After that it seems to not be shutting off anymore. So Im thinking next time i won't take it apart just try using the compressor blower attachment again. Thinking ill get the same result. Also i changed the screws to a standard Philips head so disassembley in the future will be easier. Some of the torques screws had the stopper in the center of the screw that had to be drilled out. Must be a stopper for people that like to repair things themselves.
