My lock button and screen won't work
My phone suddenly turned off and when I turn it on it sais it doesn't have any service but I can see 3 bars, then the screen won't let me do anything won't unlock won't go for emergency call then when I press the lock button it locks But it won't unlock when I press it again. Then when I charge it it's charging and suddenly the screen comes back on. What shoud I do????

As per the service contact ur mobile operator and is the network working fine in ur locality.Regarding the screen problem u need to do hard reset, which might fix the problem if ur phone is bugged or any application is crashed. If the reset did not fix ur problem then it should be screen sencors for which u need to contact ur manufacturer for warranty servicing.
Please try Hard Resetting and check if it works.To reset, you can refer to the following method, which can reset the phone and erase all the user personal information.1) First power off the handset, press the Power on key + Camera key + Down volume key together at the same time when restart the handset.2)When display press the Menu key at the bottom of the screen;3) Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" through volume key4) Press "Camera" key to confirm the above item5) Choose "YES...delete all user data"6) Choose "reboot system now", handset will be restarted automatically and all the user data will be erased.
