If the machine uses batteries, try removing them and replacing them with fresh high grade batteries. When you remove the batteries, also check for corrosion on the terminals and pressure springs. Use a baking soda paste on corrosion and remove after a few hours. Excess heat will cause a LCD display to malfunction. Check the wall adapter if you have one; make sure it is the right adapter for the machine. You would be surprised how many wrong adapters are used as they pretty much all look the same and are mistaken for one another. Lastly, if you have an expensive unit, it might be worth it to call and ask for the company to repair it at cost; since it's a health device, a company might just try to extend a little help that way. Good luck!
