My Magic Cef Beverage refrigerator model HMBC58ST stopped cooling. I undplug it and it sat for 3 months. I plugged it back in and it cooled fine for about two weeks and again stopped cooling. I again unplugged it and waited two days, plugged it back in again worked fine for a week and stopped cooling again. Any ideas as to what might be the issue?

Could possibly be a faulty thermostat which is "sticking" in the off position after fridge has reached set temperature. Elsewise may be a loose connection on thermostat or motor making intermittent fault.
