My magnavox is power cycling with picture and sound but there is an audible pop then it restarts
This TV had already been repaired with the green light flashing only fix (over a year ago) now on HDMI or AV once you get a picture it will power cycle with an audible pop for up to 30 minutes. You can occasionally get it to stay on after changing channels or settings..... help!

Fault with main board. Damaged component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
