Are you talking about the check engine light I have a 2000 echo with 350 000 kms on it and my light has been on for at least 200 00 kms I just ignore it car still boots along and i have only had to change the alternator and battery in it both within the last 7 yrs I had a garage reset the light once but it came on after a while so i just gave up on it it is up to you As I said I love that little beast it just will not die and it still gets me over 40 miles per gallon
