My memorex touch mp3 player won't turn on. It has a fully charged battery and worked fine yesterday- the first day I had it. It doesn't have any lights but the display shows connecting when plugged into the computer but then won't work. I pushed restart but it didn't do anything

Hi sluzenski5, I'm not a member, but I do have a solution. Please take the following steps: 1. Get a small piece of lead 2. Make sure mp3 is off hold(lock) 3. Insert lead into reset hole, press so you feel the click. 4. Hold power on switch for 3 secs, maybe 5 5. Enjoy your music! If this works or doesn't, email me at: [email protected] Good Luck
I don't know how this solution was figured out, but it worked! I was all set to return the mp3 player to the store.
