My Miller Spectrum 500 plasma cutter stopped working. It had been working fine, but no joy now. Checked everything suggested in owners manual
I have 230VAC single phase power and 80 PSI connected. Regulator set at 50psi. Power light ON. Ready light ON. All Trouble lights OFF. Fan motor running. Torch tip is clean, with new electrode, tip, and shield cup installed. Pressing torch switch, I hear a small relay click, but no air flow, and no Arc start. Removing shield cup lights up the TORCH TIP Trouble light. Disconnecting the compressed air source will turn on the GAS/AIR Trouble light. With 230VAC power removed, I checked fuses F1 - F4 on PC1, all fuses good (F1 on PC2 is good also). Spark gap is set at 0.030". Any suggestions that doesn't involve purchasing a new Plasma Cutter?

I already have the Owner's Manual for MY Spectrum 500. It doesn't help. The troubleshooting chart there doesn't cover the precise symptoms, too generic.
The other link you sent is just another search.
Hoping to get a response from someone who has experienced the same issues that I have described.
The causes of low air pressure include:
The compressor is short of air. The pressure adjustment of air conditioning valve of the plasma cutting machine is too low. There is oil pollution in the electromagnetic valve. The air channel is obstructed.
