My 1995 Mitsubishi pajero 3.5v6 is back firing I have change the coil pack ,cam and crank sensor and still back firring help What is wrong

Getting to much fuel through injectors there is to much back pressure relieve the back pressure by what looks like a valve stem on the fuel rail and this should take care of it
