My Mobile AIM for my Env2 does not work
No matter from what list I select it from, before it loads up, it freezes and pauses a good 5 or ten seconds before restarting. It has been doing this for a day and a half now, and I have tried removing the battery pack afterwards and waiting for a few moment and trying again, turning it off while it is frozen. I do not know what to do. Please advise me on what I can do to solve this problem.

Try Reformating Your Phone..What I Mean Is Like If My Computer Crashed I Would Re-Boot It..Thats What You Could Do To Your Phone! Althow It Will Erase Everythging
or Try Buying A Newer Version Of Mobile IM ! Its Pretty Cheap
- Or Just Call Verizon And Tell Them Your Problem, They Will Help You Out !
Using that service may require mobile web or data. if you don't have this on your plan that maybe the problem.
