The tv is entering into protect mode. This is usually caused to failed regulation circuits on the power supply. The relays reset after all the residual voltages have been discharged that is why it is coming back on. Replacing the power board should resolve your problem. It costs about 70$ and I can find you a replacement if you wish to fix it yourself
