That is either resolution problem or animation picture problem your motherboard is with in built dispay card which do not support to high resolution .for that you have to install AGP card into AGP slot then you can see better video .if you want to see low resolution normal computer then restart the computer and press F8 and keep pressed untill options will come then select last good known configuration then enter problem will be solved
