My motor is working but the top cutter will not move, I've taken it apart but it still wont move the cutter at all. The only time the motor moves the top cutter is when I unscrew it. What should I do?

The front tension is too tight loosen it a bit this may help, if not you need to send it in to have it check if the motor is still working with full power. check Mannys-Sharpening.com They can help.
